Disclaimer

Any content on social media is for educational and marketing purposes only. Posts are not a replacement for individual therapy or medical advice. While this information is created by a therapist, therapy is not practiced via social media marketing.

Use of this website, or associated social media platforms, does not create a therapist–client relationship unless explicitly agreed upon through a formal intake process.

Always seek the advice and support of your GP, mental health team, or other qualified professional if you have any questions or concerns about your mental health and wellbeing, or that of someone else.

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact emergency services or your local mental health helpline.

Confidentiality Agreement

Everything we discuss in sessions will be confidential unless we have reason to believe that you or another person is at risk. In most cases, we will discuss this together, and decide what to do next and who to contact. However in some circumstances we may need to make other people aware before discussing with you first, to ensure the safety of yourself and/or others.

Any session notes made by the therapist will be safely stored in a locked cabinet.
